Showman's Show 2006

In October 2006 Envelope Structures re-exhibited at the Showman’s Show in Newbury. Click here to visit the Showman's Show website.

The first day was dry for a change bringing out many visitors and lots of enquiries. The second day was not so kind with the weather, a mix of some sun but mainly overcast and of course rain just as we were packing up.

We had a standard 8m inflatable building alongside a building designed by Inflate Products called 'The Luna'. The Luna is one of Inflate’s latest structures. Its size is accommodating but its simple design and lack of metal trussing means that it can be put up by only one or two people and it inflates in less than ten minutes. It is ideal for front of house, box office, portable bar, exhibitions etc.

Other News

We are currently developing a ‘No frills’ version of our standard inflatable buildings, please contact us for further details or keep returning here.

New Production Unit

We have now set up a further production unit and invested in a ‘State of the art’ 3m wide flat bed vacuum table computer plotter/cutter for our own production and to offer a cutting service to other manufacturers in the industry.

We can cut materials from ripstop nylon to heavy PVC up to 3m wide. Please contact us if you have a need of a cutting service.

Major Contract Award

Envelope Structures have recently been awarded a major contract to supply Inflatable Temporary Buildings to a major Civil Engineering company for use in the re-surfacing of highways, allowing them to carry out the necessary work in Britain’s adverse weather conditions

The first day brought some of the heaviest rain we have seen there on previous visits but ended with brilliant sunshine. The second day was much kinder with sun for most of the day and a stiff breeze.

We had a standard inflatable building alongside a building designed by Inflate Products called 'The Turtle'. The Turtle is Inflate’s latest structure. Its large size is accommodating but its simple design and lack of metal trussing means that it can be put up by only one or two people and it inflates in less than ten minutes. It is ideal for regularly moving exhibitions etc.
